Annabelle Frazier

Bio

Dr. Frazier is an interdisciplinary decision-making researcher in the area of wrongful conviction scholarship, with particular interest in sexual crime cases. At CJFSS, she serves as Graduate Program Coordinator. Among other credentials, her background includes a Ph.D. in Applied Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, and a clinical Master's in Mental Health Counseling (with a supervisory license to practice). Prior to coming to 杏吧论坛 Miss, Dr. Frazier taught at The University of Massachusetts Lowell, 杏吧论坛 New Hampshire University, Merrimack College, and Clark University. She has also worked extensively with forensically-involved individuals and families, most recently as Director of Social Service Advocacy for the Committee for Public Counsel Services - Massachusetts' Statewide Indigent Defender Agency. Along with her work at USM, Dr. Frazier is a practicing clinician, providing evaluation, consultation and counseling to people in the legal system.

Dr. Frazier frequently teaches Criminal Justice Ethics (CJ 482), Introduction to Terrorism (CJ 377), and Seminar in Criminal Justice Policy (CJ 670). She has also taught the well-received, interdisciplinary Honors seminar (HON 303) "Decisions, Decisions".
